Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 29, 2026

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

Collection of Your Information

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and demographic information, such as your age and gender, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Site or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Site, such as online chat and message boards. We also collect the answers you provide to our psychometric assessments.

Use of Your Information

Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site to: create and manage your account, generate a personal profile about you to make future visits to the Site more personalized, compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally or with third parties for research purposes, and email you regarding your account or order.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows: by Law or to Protect Rights, if we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Access to Your Information

You keep access to your own assessment results and reports after you leave an organization: you read them from your account, and the organization no longer can. You may also ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you by writing to info@talensight.com.

Deletion of Your Information

You may ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@talensight.com. Deletion permanently removes your name, email address and photo, ends your ability to sign in, cancels any scheduled feedback session and removes you from your organization, which loses access to your results. Your answers to our assessments are kept without your name, under an anonymous identifier, so that the test stays calibrated for everyone who takes it after you; they can no longer be linked to you. Records of changes to your access, which contain no personal information, are also kept.

Meeting Requests

When you ask to book a meeting with us, we keep the name, email address, phone number, company and reason you give us for 24 months, and then delete them.

Usage Analytics

We use PostHog, an analytics service hosted in the United States, to understand how people use the Site: which pages they visit, which steps of the free trial and the questionnaire they complete, and how long each step takes. PostHog also records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and page layout) so we can find what is hard to use. Recording pauses while you answer the questionnaire, the text of results pages is hidden, and what you type in forms is never recorded. We never send PostHog your answers, your results, or the name, email address or phone number you give us.
